超声、钼靶及二者联合应用诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的受试者工作特征曲线分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨超声和钼靶X线及二者联合应用对乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断价值。方法对146例患者共计168个肿块进行超声及钼靶X线检查,分析其超声征象及钼靶X线特征,并与病理结果进行对照。采用评分法绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,通过比较曲线下面积的大小来比较两种方法单独及联合应用的诊断效果。结果超声、钼靶及二者联合应用的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.882、0.866、0.934,即二者联合诊断乳腺肿块良恶性最佳,超声次之。结论超声和钼靶X线均为诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的有效诊断手段,二者联合应用对乳腺肿块良恶性的判定具有更高的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography,mammography X-ray, and the combination of them in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lumps. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight masses of 146 patients were examined by ultrasound and mammography X-ray examination, the sonographic appearances and mammography X-ray characteristics were evaluated and compared with pathologic findings. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve generated by the method of score was used to evaluate the value of ultrasonography, mammography X-ray and the combination of them in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lumps. Results The area of the ROC curve of ultrasonography, mammography X-ray and the combination of them was 0.882,0.866,0.934. The combination of ultrasonography and mammography X-ray was the best in diagnosing breast lumps, and ultrasound was better. Conculsion Ultrasonography, mammography X-ray are both effective methods in differential diagnosis of breast lumps, and the combined application has a higher diagnostic value.
