摘要
近年一些研究发现,内源性和外源性的硫化氢都具有促进血管新生和伤口愈合的作用。在体外培养的细胞和活体的研究中,一定剂量的硫化氢可促进血管内皮细胞增殖、迁移和黏附功能,从而促进微血管的形成。其机制可能与激活血管内皮生长因子及其下游的信号通路有关。本文就硫化氢促血管新生作用及其相关机制的研究进行综述。
Some recent studies showed that endogenous and exogenous hydrogen sulfide promotes neovascularization and wound healing.At physiologically relevant dose,hydrogen sulfide stimulates the proliferation,migration,adhesion and tube formation in vitro and in vivo of endothelial cell.The proangiogenic effect of hydrogen sulfide may be mediated by vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its downstream signaling pathway.The influence of hydrogen sulfide on angiogenesis and its related mechanism are reviewed in this article.
