手术联合冷冻治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎疗效分析

Cryotherapy in the treatment of nasal septal construction for patients with allergic rhinitis and deviation of nasal septum

目的探讨鼻中隔矫正术联合冷冻疗法治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效。方法对48例合并鼻中隔偏曲的AR患者进行鼻中隔矫正手术并辅以筛前神经区域黏膜冷冻治疗作为治疗组,同期单纯行鼻中隔矫正术患者26例为对照组;比较2组患者术后并发症、症状评分及术后复发情况。结果 2组患者术后1周至6个月症状评分较术前均显著下降(P<0.05),术后1个月症状评分降至最低,之后略有回升。2组相比,术后1个月内症状评分无显著差异(P>0.05),术后3个月及6个月治疗组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组术后6个月内复发率为15.4%,治疗组无复发,2组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔矫正术联合冷冻治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎疗效显著,操作简便,而且还能减少或延缓患者的复发。

Objective To explore the effects of cryotherapy in the treatment of nasal septal construction for patients with allergic rhinitis （AR） and deviation of nasal septum. Methods 48 cases with AR and deviation of nasal septum accepted the treatment which combined na- sal septal construction and cryotherapy were considered as treatment group, meanwhile 26 cases accepted only nasal septal construction were regarded as control group. The complications, symptom score, and postoperative recurrence were compared. Results The symptom score of 2 groups was decreased 1 - 6 months after operation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The symptom score was lowest 1 month after operation. But the score in treat- ment group was lower than that in control group 3 and 6 after operation（P 〈0.05）. The complications between the two groups were not sig- nificantly different（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate of treatment group post-operation （0%） was obviously lower than that of control group （ 15.4% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between 2 groups. Conclusion It is effective and convenient treatment for patients with AR and deviation of nasal septum. Furthermore,it can relieve or prolong the recurrence of AR.
