摘要 解剖学教学的目的是使学员掌握常见外科疾病所需的解剖学知识,并在实习过程中结合临床应用。颈部的解剖结构复杂,甲状腺手术的危险性相对较大,容易发生意外损伤和并发症,因此掌握甲状腺手术相关的应用解剖知识对提高手术疗效和减少手术并发症具有至关重要的意义。医学生在临床实习阶段参与手术的机会有限,为使实习学员在较短的学习期间增加对甲状腺手术的认识,提高手术技能,我们通过术前集中学习、术中提问等方式,不断强化学员的手术相关解剖知识,取得了较好的教学效果,现报告如下。1在临床带教中强化解剖知识1.1术前集中学习甲状腺解剖知识颈部的组织结构多且解剖关系复杂,为使不同专业层次的学员都能够较好地掌握甲状腺手术相关解剖知识,我们在术前组织学员集中学习。先采用幻灯片展示不同层面的颈部和甲状腺解剖结构,比如甲状腺供血系统、甲状旁腺位置和变异情况、颈部淋巴结分区、喉返神经走形和血管关系等,使学员对颈部及甲状腺不同平面的解剖关系和空间位置有更深入的了解和记忆。然后,指导学员自己或相互对可触及的颈部体表标志进行触诊,帮助学员建立更加直观的解剖概念。
