Nerve sparing technique in radical cystectomy for male patients

膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,根治性膀胱切除是肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗方法。随着保留血管神经术在前列腺癌根治切除术中的应用,这种技术也逐渐在膀胱根治切除术中得到应用,并取得较好的临床效果。作者就保留血管神经技术在膀胱根治切除术中的应用、保留血管神经技术的解剖基础及筋膜内分离保留血管神经束手术技巧做一综述。

Bladder cancer is the most common malignancy in the urogenital system,and radical cystectomy is the standard therapeutic method for muscle invasive bladder cancer.As nerve sparing technique is applied more and more often in radical prostatectomy,some urologists have adopted this technique in radical cystectomy with satisfactory clinical results.This paper will review the application of nerve sparing technique,the anatomic basis of nerve sparing technique,and the operating skills of intrafascial technique.
