应用普通电切镜行经尿道前列腺剜除术1000例报告 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨使用普通电切镜行经尿道前列腺剜除术(TUERP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的可行性和安全性。方法采用普通电切镜行TUERP治疗BPH患者1 000例。结果手术时间30～150min,平均(51.7±31.6)min,术后3～5d拔除导尿管,50例出现短期尿频、尿急,60例出现暂时性尿失禁。结论 TUERP具有切除腺体彻底、无残留;外括约肌保留完整、无损伤;被膜完整、止血彻底;切割速度快、视野清晰等优点。可以在具有普通电切镜的单位广泛应用。
