摘要
从工件的定位与夹紧方面入手,分析了零件在装夹和加工过程中引起变形的原因,采用零件分类叙述的方法,分析了平面零件的平板及薄壁零件和圆柱类工件以及其他零件在装夹和加工中对加工精度和表面粗糙度的影响,并举出实例,说明此类工件装夹应注意的问题。
The paper analyzed the deformation reasons of parts under clamping and processing from the aspects of work- pieces location and clamping, taking parts classification as describing way, analyzed the impacts on machining precision and surface roughness of plane parts, thin-wall parts, cylinder parts, and other pieces. Taking real instance for example, pres- ented problems should be pay attain to when clamping.
