摘要 以某自行火炮输弹机为研究对象,以建立能逼真反映其动力学特性的虚拟样机模型为方法。针对目前机电液耦合仿真常见方法中存在的不足,选择了适合于大型复杂系统耦合仿真的协同仿真方案。基于Pro/E和ADAMS建立的输弹机机电液耦合虚拟样机,较好地解决了机电液耦合、多碰撞变拓扑等建模难点,并通过VV&A验证了虚拟样机的置信度,为复杂机电液耦合系统的动力学分析提供了有益参考。 Taking a certain type of ramming device as researching subject, for the purpose of building a dynamic model, and aiming at the shortage currently occurred in electro-hydraulic coupling simulation, a co-simulation program that adapted in big scale and complicated system coupling simulation was selected to build a electro-hydraulic coupling virtual prototyping based on Pro/E and ADAMS, which solved the difficulty of electro-hydraulic coupling, multi-collision and changing topolo- gies better. Confidence coefficient of the model was verified by VV& A method, it provides a good reference for dynamic a- nalysis of electro-hydraulic coupling system.
