摘要
通过对分条圆盘剪剪切力计算公式的讨论,按实际生产需求设计了圆盘剪三维模型。利用LS-DYNA,建立铜板分条圆盘剪的有限元模型,进行非线性计算研究,获得了铜板剪切过程中的应力-应变状态、剪切力。与理论公式计算结果对比分析,肯定了铜板分条剪切模拟中应力-应变分布与塑性变形的准确性,得到的剪切力变化曲线,较好地反应分条圆盘剪剪切过程中剪切力的变化规律,文章采用的有限元动力学分析可以为薄板分条圆盘剪的设计与实际生产提供了理论支持。
Through the discussion of computing formula of rotary gang slitting shearing force, according to the actual production needs, the circular shears 3D model was designed. By using LS-DYNA, the circular shears plate finite element model was set up for nonlinear computational study, a copper plate in the shearing process of stress -strain state and shear stress were obtained. With the theoretical calculation result contrast analysis, the copper bar cutting simulation of distribu- tion of stress and plastic deformation accuracy were confirmed, the shear stress curve of a better response of the shear process of shear stress changes was gotten, the dynamic finite element analysis provided theoretical support for the circular shears design and actual production.
