Research Development of Superplastic Solid-state Welding

This paper mainly researched the principle of superplastic solid-state welding and it＇s application research sit- uation, the newest development of superplastic solid-state welding were summarized and hot spot problems of the research were also reviewed, the common method of superplastic solid-state welding methods were especially introduced, the develo- ping trends of superplastic solid-state welding were forecasted. It indicated that further research on superplastic deformation law and the scope of superplastic welding materials expanding should be down.
