摘要
集成运算放大器是重要的模拟集成电路器件,由于其具有高增益、高输入电阻和低输出电阻的特性,被广泛应用到信号检测电路、数字电路和控制电路等。本文主要阐述了集成二极管在精密整流电路中的应用。
The integrated operational amplifier as an important analog integrated circuit device has the characteristics of high gain, high input resistance and low output resistance, so has been widely applied to various kinds of electronic circuits like the signal detection, digital circuits, and control circuits. This paper elaborated the integrated operational amplifier ap plication in precision rectifier circuit.
