摘要
电子产品不仅要求其有较高的电气性能指标,还要求其有较高的质量稳定性和可靠性,它与整个制造过程及工艺控制手段具有很大的关系。目前,国内外普遍采用涂覆绝缘胶工艺来提高电子产品的稳定性和可靠性,保证出厂的产品能经得起环境、时间的考验,而潮湿、盐雾、霉菌会降低材料的绝缘强度,引起漏电,从而导致故障,因此,必须采取防护措施,以减少环境条件对电子产品可靠性的影响,保证电子产品的工作性能。本文对电子产品在潮湿状况下产生故障的原因进行分析的基础上,也对继电保护装置智能插件进行了防护试验,确定其工艺参数,并组织实施。
Electronic products should'not only have good electric property, but also have high quality stability and relia- bility, which have much to do with the whole manufacturing process and technology control means. Currently, painting of insulated paint and glue has been widely adopted at home and abroad to improve the stability and reliability of electronic products to make sure the durability. However, humidity, salt mist and mildew will reduce the insulating strength to the extent that causing ereepage and then errors. Thus, protective measures shall be taken to reduce the influence of environ- ment to the electronic products to ensure the working performance. Based on the discussion of humidity to the failure of the electronic products, protective experiments were done to the intelligent plug-in unit of replay protector in this paper to con- firm the technological parameter and then proposal of execution was put forward:
