外商直接投资对产业结构的影响研究——以浙江省为例

Study on the Impact of the Industrial Structure of Foreign Direct Investment——Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

浙江省位于中国的东部沿海地区,是中国最富饶的长江三角洲地区省份之一。浙江作为中国一个发达的经济省份,在改革开放以后,浙江省的外商直接投资不断增长,出口结构也不断优化。因此,当前研究外商直接投资对浙江省产业结构的影响,提出有针对性的政策建议,为创造更好的投资环境,更有效的吸引外资和利用外资提供政策参考,具有很强的现实意义。本文利用浙江省1984-2010年的年度经济数据对浙江省FDI和产业结构的关系进行实证分析,从而发现FDI对优化产业结构的作用路径。实证结果表明:外商直接投资对第一产业结构的变化没有直接的原因,而对第二产业、第三产业结构的变化有着直接的原因。通过OLS进行简单线性回归分析,结果发现,平均FDI每增加1个百分点,第二产业上升15.18%;其次,平均FDI每增加1个百分点,第三产业上升8.85%。

Zhejiang province of China＇s most fertile Yangtze River Delta provinces is located in the eastern coastal areas of China. Zhejiang as a developed economy province of China, Zhejiang province＇s foreign direct investment is growing after the reform and open policy, eonstanay optimizes the export structure. Therefore, the current study on the impact of foreign direct investment on the industri- al structure of Zhejiang Province, put forward some suggestions, in order to create a better investment environment, more effective in attracting foreign investment to provide policy reference and use of foreign capital, has the very strong practical significance. This paper is making using of annual economic data 1984-2010 in Zhejiang on FDI and the relationship between industrial structure to do the em- pirical analysis, which found that optimizing the industrial structure of FDI on the role of path. The empirical results show that foreign direct investment is not the direct cause of the change of the first industrial structure, while the changes of second industry and the ter- tiary industry structure is a direct reason. The results of simple linear regression analysis, found by OLS, for every I percentage point increase in the average FDI, second industry rose 15.18%. Secondly, for every 1 percentage point increase in the average FDI, the ter- tiary industry increased by 8.85%.
