摘要
以青岛胶南市西碾头村住宅为研究对象,通过查阅资料、现场调研,收集村庄住宅数据资料,从住宅面积、卧房、堂屋、院落等方面分析了青岛地区农村住宅的功能特点、生活模式,揭示了其变迁的原因及其规律,为新农村的设计提出建议和参考。
Taking the housing in Xiniantou Village, Jiaonan City, Qingdao as re- search object, by consulting data, field investigation and collecting data of housing in the village, this article analyzes functional characteristics of housing and living pattern in rural area in Qingdao in area of housing, bedroom, central room and courtyard, and reveals the reasons and laws of its changes, which gives suggestions and reference for design of new countryside.
