粳稻丽江新团黑谷近等基因系孕穗期耐冷性指标性状的遗传分析 被引量:8

Genetic Analysis on Cold Tolerance Characteristics at Booting Stage in the Near-isogenic Lines from Japonica Rice Lijiangxintuanheigu

摘要 在阿子营低温冷害条件下,以十和田×(十和田和丽江新团黑谷BC3F9)配制的BC4F1、BC4F2及亲本为材料,采用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,对粳稻丽江新团黑谷作耐冷基因供体培育的近等基因系孕穗期耐冷性8个指标性状进行遗传研究。结果表明,结实率和穗颈长均属于2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传,主基因遗传率分别为80.11%和75.06%;株高为2对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传,主基因遗传率为44.39%;穗下节长属于2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因遗传,主基因遗传率为57.36%;穗长为2对主基因加性-显性-上位性遗传;每穗实粒数为2对主基因加性-显性遗传;每穗秕粒数为2对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传;总粒数为1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因遗传。 Under chilling damage environments in Aziying,the method of major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model was used to investigate the genetic of eight cold characteristics at the booting stage,based on BC4F1 and BC4F2 generation from the near-isogenic lines of parents japonica cultivars Lijiangxintuanheigu and Towada.The results showed that both seed setting rate and peduncle length fit two pairs of additive-dominance-epistatic major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes(E-1),the heritability of major genes was 80.11% and 75.06% respectively;plant height fits the inheritance of two additive-dominance major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes(E-2),the heritability of major genes was 44.39%;node length under spike fits the inheritance of two additive-dominance-epistatic major genes plus additive-dominance-epistatic polygenes(E-0),the heritability of major genes was 57.36%;spike length fits two additive-dominance-epistatic major genes(B-1);filled grain number per panicle fits two additive-dominance major genes(B-2);unfilled grain number per panicle fits two additive major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes(E-3);total grain number per panicle fits one additive-dominance major genes plus additive-dominance-epistatic polygenes(D-0).
