摘要
采用云母纤维纱线编织了纬平针、1+1罗纹、双反面、罗纹半空气层、罗纹空气层、半畦编、菱形镂空组织等7种组织结构的针织物,分别测试了它们的吸水性、透湿性、透气性、凉爽性。并应用模糊数学对测试结果进行综合评价。结果表明:菱形镂空组织的服用性能最好,纬平针次之,罗纹半空气层和罗纹空气层组织一般,1+1罗纹和双反面组织的针织物服用性能相似,半畦编组织的服用性能最差。经过与棉纤维的比较发现,云母冰凉纤维的针织面料服用性能较好。
The paper develops seven kinds of knitted fabrics by using mica fiber yarns-plain, 1+1 rib, purl, cross miss, piquette, royal rib and argyle hollow stitch, and also tests their moisture absorption, moisture perme- ability, air permeability and cool mathematical properties. In addition, it makes a comprehensive evaluation for the testing resuhs by using a fuzzy mathematical method. It points out that the argyle hollow stitch bears the most ex- cellent wearing properties; the plain comes second; the cross miss and piquette are middle; the 1+1 rib and purl are similar; and the royal rib is worst in all. Finally, it indicates that the wearing properties of mica cool fiber knitted fabric are better than the cotton.
