活性染料在浸染加工中的合理选用

Rational Selection of Reactive Dyes Used in Exhaust Dyeing

简述了浸染用活性染料的基本性能要求,包括溶解度和耐盐碱性;介绍了其基本类型,包括活性基为二氯均三嗪的低温型活性染料、活性基为双一氯均三嗪的高温型活性染料、活性基为乙烯砜类的中温型活性染料、活性基为一氯均三嗪和乙烯砜的异双活性基染料、活性基为一氟均三嗪和乙烯砜的异双活性基染料;针对印染企业加工浅、中、深、特深、敏感色以及其他要求等,分析了染料选用的高性价比原则、浅中色系列活性染料的选用、中深色系列活性染料的选用、特深色系列活性染料、敏感色系活性染料的选用。指出合理选择浸染用活性染料,首先要了解染料本身的化学结构,掌握织物染色后的加工环境及色牢度要求,精心设计科学合理的染色工艺,才能达到保证生产质量、降低生产成本的目的。

The basic performance requirements including solubility and saline-alkaline tolerance for reactive dyes used in exhaust dyeing were sketched, as well as its basic types including low temperature type reactive dyes with dichlorotriazine active group, high temperature type reactive dyes with chlorotriazine active group, middle tempera- ture type reactive dyes with divinylsulfone active group, reactive dyes with chlorotriazine active group and divinyl- sulfone active group, reactive dyes with fluorine triazine active group and divinylsulfone active group; The choosing principle of reactive dyes such as high quality principle, dyes suitable for light, medium and deep color, for spe- cial dark color and sensitive color were introduced. It is showed that the chemical construction of reactive dyes should be known first, the process condition after dyeing and the fastness standard should be mastered, the dyeing process should be designed reasonably and scientifically, and then reactive dyes can be chosen properly, in this way the production cost can be decreased.
