Dyeing of Polyamide Elastic Fabric by Eriofast Reactive Dyes

对亨斯迈公司推出的Eriofast活性染料系列进行了介绍,分析了其染色深度提升力、移染性、配伍性和固色原理等性能,并将其应用于实际大生产中,优化了染色工艺流程。结果表明,Eriofast活性染料系列覆盖着完整的色谱,包含9个基本色,几乎可以拼出目前所有的标准色彩;其在锦纶弹力织物纤维上能够取得深的色相,移染性、配伍性好,不易色花,颜色稳定。另外发现,经过交联剂Eriofast Fix固色后,锦纶弹力织物能够具有较高的耐水洗色牢度;成品热定形对各项色牢度影响小;且采用该系列染料染色的锦纶弹力织物吸水性比经传统酸性染料染色的好,手感和柔软性不受影响。

A series of Eriofast reactive dyes produced by Huntsman Corporatior. were introduced in terms of el- evating power of color depth, migration ability, compatibility and fixation principle. Through applying Eriofast reac- tive dyes in practical mass production, the dyeing process was optimized the dyeing process. The results show that the chromatograph of Eriofast reactive dyes is complete, and it contains 9 basic colors which can mix out almost all the standard color; polyamide elastic fabric can be dyed in deep color by Eriofast reactive dyes, the migration ability and compatibility are good, and color is stable and dyeing defect can be avoided easily. It is also found that after application of cross-linking agent-Eriofast for Fix fixation, polyamide elastic fabric has high washing fastness; the process of formalization has little influence on colorfastness; the water absorption of polyamide elastic fabric dyed by Eriofast reactive dyes is better than that dyed by traditional acid dyes, while the handle and softness are not affected.
