二氧化氯对棉籽壳降解作用的研究

摘要 文中通过测定氧化还原电位对不同条件下二氧化氯溶液的氧化能力进行了评价;并用二氧化氯溶液对棉籽壳进行了降解处理,考察了二氧化氯用量、pH值、处理温度和处理时间对棉籽壳的颜色和失重率的影响。结果表明,二氧化氯溶液能在pH值6以下、浓度8 g/L以上、60~70℃和较短时间内保持较强的氧化能力;优化的二氧化氯溶液降解处理棉籽壳的条件为pH值4、二氧化氯浓度8 g/L、温度60℃、时间30 min;在此条件下棉籽壳的降解效果最好,棉籽壳残片呈白色半透明状,失重率达到20%,这均说明二氧化氯溶液可以实现对棉籽壳的有效降解和脱色。 The oxidative ability of chlorine dioxide solution was evaluated by testing its oxidation-reduction po- tential. Through application of chlorine dioxide solution in the degradation of cottonseed hull, the influence of the concentration of chlorine dioxide, pH value, treatment temperature and time on cottonseed full color and weight loss rate were investigated. The results show that chlorine dioxide solution has high oxidative ability when pH value is above 6, the concentration of chlorine dioxide is above 8 g/L, treatment temperature maintained 60-70 ~C with shorter time; The optimum conditions of cottonseed hull degradation by chlorine dioxide are: pH value 4, chlorine dioxide concentration 8 g/L, 60 C and 30 min. After degraded under the optimum conditions, cottonseed hull is white and semitransparent, weight loss rate can reach 20%, which proves that cottonseed hull can be degraded and decolorized effectively by chlorine dioxide.
