摘要
本文用实证方法探讨了诱发中国高校英语学习者负动机的内部因素及其影响强度。结果显示:共有4个内部因素导致受试负动机,分别为"自信心下降""情感认知能力不足""学习策略缺乏"和"学习兴趣缺失";同时,这4个影响因素对相同学习背景下不同语言能力学习者的影响存在较为显著的强度差异。
This study investigates the internal factors triggering Chinese college EFL learners' demotivation and correlative influence intensities.By means of factor analysis,altogether four factors are extracted,namely decrease in selfconfidence,insufficiency in affective cognition,learning strategies deficiency,and lack of intrinsic interest.By dividing the subjects into higher proficiency and lower proficiency groups based on CET-4 grades,this essay proves that there exist significant discrepancies in influence intensity by the four internal demotivative factors between the two groups.
