摘要
介绍了有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术的基本原理和分类,给出了几种主电路拓扑结构,分析了DCM工作模式和CCM工作模式两种控制方法,DCM工作模式采用恒频、变频等控制方式,CCM工作模式采用峰值电流控制、平均电流控制和滞环电流控制等方式。对三相APFC电路进行了归纳和分析,并展望了未来技术的发展趋势。
Introduction was made to the basic principle and classification of active power factor correction (APFC) technology and several kinds of main circuit topology structure were given. Analysis was made to two kinds of control methods of discontinue current mode (DCM) and continue current mode (CCM). The DCM adopted constant frequency and variable frequency etc control modes and the CCM used peak current control, average current control, hysteretic current control and the like. This paper generalized and analyzed the three-phase active power factor correction circuit and expected the developmental trend of future technology.
