包钢S135级钻杆钢炼钢生产实践

钻杆是石油开采中的重要结构件，使用工况极为复杂，性能要求苛刻。文章介绍了包钢S135级钻杆钢的冶炼与连铸生产控制，探索出有针对性的冶炼操作制度，可作为实际生产中炼钢工艺的依据。现已实现批量生产，铸坯的内部质量和表面质量控制良好，综合性能优良。

Drill pipe is an important structural part in the petroleum exploitation as well as the service condition is very complex and the performance requirements are severe. In the paper, the production controls of smelting and continuous casting for S135 jumper steel by Baotou Steel are introduced as well as the relative operation system of smelting is exploited, which could be as the basis of steelmaking process in practical productions. The batch production of the steel has been realized, the control of internal and surface quality as well as the comprehensive properties for casting billets are all good.
