摘要
文章对选矿厂球磨机设备典型设计缺陷造成的故障进行分析，并将设备缺陷分类总结，提出了改进设备缺陷的方法，已在生产实践中应用，并取得了较好效果。
In the article, the faults caused by the typical design defects of ball mills in Concentration Plant are analyzed as well as the defects are classified, analyzed and summarized. Moreover, the methods of improving the defects are proposed and applied in the production practices as well as the effects are better.
