轨梁厂蓄热式加热炉仪控系统的完善

摘要 针对包钢首座蓄热式加热炉仪控系统存在的设计缺陷及系统运行中显现出的问题进行完善,达到预期节能降耗指标。换向控制系统是蓄热式加热炉控制系统的关键所在,也是投运过程中故障较集中的环节,具有定时换向、超温强制换向和手动强制换向功能,对换向阀体、活塞、电磁阀、限位开关各种故障及解决措施进行分析,以完善加热炉控制系统。 There are some design defects and problems in the operations for the instrument control system of the first regenerative heating furnace of Baotou Steel, so it should be consummated to achieve the expected target of energy saving and consumption reducing. The reversing control system is the key of control system for regenerative heating furnace and the link with more concentrated faults in the operations, which is with the functions of timing reversing, overtemperature and manual forced reversing. The faults and measures for reversing valve, piston, solenoid valve and limit switch are analyzed in order to consummate the control system of heating furnace.
