摘要 根据国内外建筑节能研究现状,分析了公共建筑能耗的影响因素,从建筑设计、围护结构、采暖空调、照明系统、运行管理等5个方面构建了公共建筑节能评价指标体系.应用层次分析法研究了所选取评价指标的权重分配问题,最后建立了建筑能耗指标,用以表征建筑能耗水平的高低和节能状况是否良好.以某校园建筑为例对该评价体系进行了检验和分析,验证了其合理性. In this paper,the research status of building energy efficiency at home and abroad is summarized,and the influencing factors of the energy consumption of public buildings are analyzed.An energy saving evaluation index system of the public buildings is constructed from the five aspects of architectural design,building envelope,heating and air conditioning,lighting systems,and operation management.The applying analytic hierarchy process method(AHP) is applied to studing the weight distribution problem of the selected evaluation index.Finally,the building energy consumption indicators are established to characterize the building energy consumption levels and the energy saving status.As an example of a campus building,the evaluation system is tested and analyzed to verify its reasonableness.
