摘要
以50 m布料臂架作为研究桁架式多节伸缩臂的实例,根据单工况下布料臂架参数化建模的过程和特点,提出布料臂架的全工况建模,以APDL命令流的形式和采用模型装配技术,实现布料臂架的全工况建模.该方法通过节点耦合自动化程序实现快速确定装配关系.模拟结果表明:建模技术具有效率高、成本低、质量好等特点,为同类产品的分析设计提供了技术支持.
The 50 m material-spreader boom is taken as the instance to research multi-section telescopic boom truss.The full working conditions modeling of the material-spreader boom is proposed,after discussing the process and characteristics of its parameter modeling under the single condition,and it is successfully realized in the form of APDL command stream and by the modeling assembly techniques.By the node coupled automation program,the assembly relationships on the full working condition are realized quickly.The simulation results show the modeling technique has the characteristics of high efficiency,low cost,good quality,and can provide technical support for the analysis and design of the similar products.
