基于切槽与船体施压破冰的模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 现有破冰船通过船体施压冰面实现破冰,具有机动性强、经济性好、安全性高、使用寿命长等优点,但破冰能力有限.为了提高破冰船的破冰能力,分析了水与冰之间的相互作用关系,基于水的压力与深度间的线性关系,提出了新型水体等效模型;运用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了船体施压模型,并分析了船体施压冰面效果;为拓宽破冰宽度,根据截面内力矩、正应力与截面关系,提出了切槽与船体施压联合破冰的新方法.结果表明:该方法可拓宽破冰宽度,提高破冰能力. The existing ice-breakers break up the ice with the heavy weight of fore-body.It has the advantages of maneuverable machines,saving fund,high safety,long lifetime,etc,but it is limited in ice-breaking capability.To improve the ability of the ice-breaking,based on a linear relation between water pressure and depth,a new water equivalent model is presented through the analysis of the interaction between water and ice.Then,a model of fore-body pressing ice is built by using the finite element software ABAQUS,and the effect of fore-body pressing ice is analyzed.In order to improve ice-breaking capability,a new ice-breaking method of grooving combined with fore-body pressing is proposed by analyzing relations of torques,normal stress and section.The results show this method can broaden the ice-breaking width and improve ice-breaking capability.
