Transformation and Application of Shaft Brackets

针对接轴托架在使用过程中存在的问题进行了分析，对精轧托架的结构进行系统优化改进，延长了接轴托架的在线使用寿命，提高了托架的稳定性，减少备件维护和检修时间，降低工人劳动强度。

Aiming at the problems existing in the using process of shaft brackets, the corresponding anal- ysis is carried out, and the systemic optimization and improvement in the structure of the finishing bracket are carried through, thus the online service life of shaft brackets is prolonged, the stability of brackets is improved, and then, the maintenance and overhaul time of spare parts is reduced, the labor intensity of workers is decreased.
