In the context of international oil prices soaring, this article combs and compares the national energy policy in recent years, emphasizing the short-term and long-term policies adjustments under energy bottleneck. By comparing the oil-producing and oil-consuming countries＇ energy policies, describing the policies in strengthening energy cooperation, increasing energy efficiency, development of new energy and environmental protection policy, this article tries to resolve the energy dilemma in Chinese economic transformation.
