从系统功能语言学出发,在评价理论的框架下分析英汉引言语篇的态度性语义资源及其分布特征,探析语言表征与学术话语社团和引言交际目的之间的关系。通过对比分析英汉引言的态度语义资源,有助于解读英语论文作者与汉语论文作者在态度资源表现手段上的异同,提高二语论文作者的英语论文写作意识与表达水平。

Research article introduction （RAI） functions to illustrate the goal of RA, delineate current capacity and problem of the topic, and finally provide solution and criteria of evaluation for reference. This paper explores the contrast of generic structure of English RAI （ERAI） and Chinese RAI （CRAI） in terms of Swales＇ CARS （creating a research space） model, based on which it then turns to the interrogation of the choices of attitudinal resources and the distributive potential of these resources in different moves of RAI genre across English and Chinese under the framework of appraisal theory.
