摘要
在低碳经济发展大背景下,风电出力特性的研究对于含规模风电接入的电力系统规划运行至关重要。本文论述了贵州省首个投运风电场(韭菜坪风电场)出力情况,采用时序分析与概率分析的方法,分析了该风电场出力变化规律及出力特性。结果表明,风电出现反调峰效应的概率大于出现正调峰效应的概率;风电场每年1、5、6、12月份是风电全年出力最低的时段,2、3、8、9月份是风电全年出力最高的时段。
The study of wind power output characteristics were very important to the power system including large- scale wind power plants on low -carbon economy. This paper discussed the output of Jiucaiping Wind Farm, which was the first wind power plant in Guizhou. Variation and characteristics of wind power output were analyzed using time series analysis and probability analysis method. The results showed the probability of the anti - peaking effect is greater than the positive peaking effect. It was in the months of January, May, June and December when the minimum power generation of a wind farm occured, and the maximum generation was often reaching in the months of February, Match, August and September.
