摘要
通过对公司职称申报、评审现状进行分析,并介绍当前公司人才评价情况,对职称评审如何和人才评价工作更好结合提出建议,为建立科学客观的人才评价机制提供一定参考。
Through the analysis of title report and title review status quo, the current situation of company talent evaluation was introduced. And the way for better integrating between professional title evaluation and talent evaluation was put forward, and some refer- ence on setting up scientific and objective talent evaluation mechanism were provided.
