To introduce COMPASS location based information service via network , it＇s concept and feature are explained, domestic and overseas currently development of location based service are described, the user terminal plus communication mode and network service part of COMPASS location based information service system architecture are introduced, and COMPASS location based information service function is expounded and it＇s meaning are presented.
