民族高校图书馆承担着保护与传承地方民族文化资源的重要职责。文章在论述建立地方文献特色数据库的意义及介绍承德非物质文化遗产概况的基础上,重点论述了建设承德地方非物质文化遗产文献特色数据库的内容组成。最后提出建立非物质文化遗产文献特色数据库过程中存在的问题及解决途径。

Protecting and inheriting the local cuhure resources are important responsibilities of libraries in Universi- ties for Nationalities. This article discusses the significance of building local literature characteristic database and in- troduces the non - material culture heritage resources of Chengde, furthermore, elaborates the content of non - mate- rial culture heritage characteristic database. At last, the author puts forward the problems and solution when con- structing characteristic database of non- material culture heritage.
