信息经济时代,传统"资源孤岛"式的信息资源利用方式越来越难以满足地方经济发展的需要,通过将地方各高校图书馆、科研院所等单位所拥有的信息资源构建成一个共建共享平台可以让信息资源利用率大大提高,用户体验进一步改善,更好地满足和促进地方经济文化发展。山西科技文献资源平台就是在这种要求下建设起来的,本文在资源平台已经建成并成功运行的基础上,从管理、协调、服务等角度进行深入分析,以促进资源平台更好地实现共享服务的建设目的,提升资源平台利用质量,更好地为地方社会经济文化服务。

In the era of information economy, the traditional type of use of ＂resource island＂ information resources is more and more difficult to meet the needs of local economic development. If the research institute and local uni- versity library, constructing a sharing platform will increase the utilization rate of information resources, further im- prove the user experience, better meet and promote local economic and cultural development. Shanxi science and technology literature resources platform is built under this requirement. Based on the resource platform having been built and run successfully, the article makes deep analysis from the point of management, coordination and service, in order to promote resource platform to better achieve the sharing service objective, raise resource platform quality, to better serve the local social economy culture.
