自体脂肪移植充填乳晕松垂皱褶23例报告

Report of filling areola sagging ruffle 23 cases by autologous fat transplantation

目的:探讨自体脂肪移植乳晕填充的新式手术方法和术后效果。方法:注射器低负压下抽吸取得自体脂肪颗粒、纯化后移植于乳晕松垂褶皱区域。结果:本组患者23例,伴乳头肥大5例均一次手术成功,随访3～6个月,乳晕外形改善效果佳。结论:自体脂肪颗粒移植乳晕填充术操作简单,创伤小恢复快,值得推广。

Objective To explore a new surgical technique for the autogenous fat transplantation areola-filling and its postoperative effect. Methods Suck out the autogenous fat with a syringe and transplant it into areola sagging region after purification. Results Excellent effect has been shown in the appearance of areolas of 23 patients, including 5 patients with papillary hypertrophy,who have been followed up for 3～6 months after a successful operation. Conclusion The surgical technique for the autogenous fat transplantation areola-filling is a simple procedure with the advantages of less trauma tic, quick recovery and is worthy to be popularized.
