On cultivation of the core values of contemporary revolutionary armyman with an eye on the naval characteristic

海军是以舰艇部队为主体,在海上作战和执行其他任务的战略军种,价值观培育与其他军种相比具有自身的特点。培育具有海军特色的当代革命军人核心价值观要做到"四个着力":着力在特色教育中筑牢基础;着力在信息化军事训练中培养塑造;着力在完成多样化军事任务中激发升华;着力在"蓝色,,文化环境中熏陶渗透。

The navy, with warship troops as its main parts, is a strategic service which fights on the sea and executes other tasks. Compared with other services, the navy has its own characters on cultivation of values. To cultivate the core values of the PLA today which has characteristics of China Navy, ＂four endeavors＂ will be employed： endeavor ing to construct a solid foundation in special education; endeavoring to train and shape in military training under conditions of informationization; endeavoring to stimulate and sublimate in various military tasks; endeavoring to edify and penetrate in the environment of ＂blue＂ culture.
