随着城市的快速发展,人民文化娱乐设施扰民的事件呈上升趋势;本文通过对一例酒吧噪声扰民事件进行的原因分析、采取防治措施、治理效果验证。提出了酒吧、KTV等社会娱乐服务场的噪声防治措施,对丰富人民文化娱乐生活、减少居民投诉、促进社会和谐具有建设性意义。

With the rapid urban development, the people~ cultural and entertainment facilities of nuisance to the public event is on the rise. In this paper, the analysis of one case of the bar noise nuisance events, to taking preventive measures, the treatment effect is verified. Proposed the way to prevent and control Noise nuisance of the bar,KTV and other social entertainment places , to enrich people＇s cultural and recreational life, reduce＇complaints from residents, promoting social harmony and constructive.
