露天煤矿项目的评价是露天矿项目实现科学管理的重要环节。当前,我国建设项目的环境影响后评价,特别是露天煤矿开采项目后评价还没有全面开展。本文研究了露天煤矿项目后评价的理论、方法,即分析了露天煤矿后评价的方法、构成、重点、内容和工作程序。

Assessment of opencast coal mine project is a key link for realizing scientific management of opencast coal mine project. At present, project post evaluation in construction project , especially project post evaluation in openeast coal mine have not comprehensive car- ry out. This paper studies the methods and theory of project post evaluation in opencast coal mine. That analysis the methods, constitute, emphasis, contents, and work procedures of project post evaluation in opencast coal mine.
