阐述突发性化学污染事故的特点、类型和诱因分析,介绍了现场应急监测的作用、要求及技术装备,分析了目前市级监测站应对突发性环境污染事故应急监测的现状,提出当前做好应急监测的对策和建议。
The sudden chemical pollution accident characteristics, types and analysis of the causes, introduces the field emergency mo- nitoring function, technical requirements and equipment, analysis of the current municipal monitoring stations in response to sudden environmental pollution accident emergency monitoring situation, proposed the current emergency monitoring measures and suggestions.
