Hilly areas makes up seventy-four percent of China's total national land, which shows a great prospect of exploitation. When developing and utilizing the hilly areas, there will be many issues to be properly dealt with, e.g. natural resources, eco-system, plantations, livestock breeding, natural preservation, cultural and economic geographies.
