摘要 胰腺内副脾(IPAS)在临床工作中相对少见,但随着影像技术的发展,其越来越容易被发现。IPAS在影像上可被误诊为其他类型胰腺体尾部的肿块样病变,尤其被误诊为无症状的小胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤可导致不必要的手术。因而,准确的术前诊断不仅可使受检者避免不必要的手术,还可减轻病人的经济负担。各种影像学检查能较好地发现IPAS,就其各自的诊断价值及其进展情况予以综述。 Intrapancreatic accessory spleen ( IPAS ) is relatively rare, but IPAS is becoming more common in the exams with recent modern imaging techniques. IPAS can be misjudged as a mass in the tail of pancreas, particularly as an asymptomatic smaU pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm,which can lead to an unnecessary operation. Thus accurate preoperative diagnosis could not only avoid unnecessary surgery, but also reduce the economic burden of patients. IPAS can be found with various imaging examinations, this review focuses on the diagnosis value and progress of imaging IPAS.
