摘要
在温度为25±1℃,盐度为28的条件下,用F/2培养基对七株角毛藻(Chaetocerosspp.)进行培养。在指数生长期末期进行收获。测定了七株角毛藻的总脂含量及脂肪酸组成。其主要脂肪酸为14:0(3.0-24.9%),16:0(8.2-28.8%),16:1n-7(16.0-42.3%)和20:5n-3(4.2-10.4%),其中B13的20:5n-3含量最高,占总脂肪酸的 10. 4%。
The total lipid content and fatty acid composition of 7 Chaetoceros strains were examined. The microalgae were grown under defined conditions and harvested at late exponential phase' The major fatty acid in most strains were 14:0 (3.0-24.9o/o), 16:0 (8.2-28.5o/o), 16:1n-7 (16.042.3%) and 20:5n-3 (4.210.4%). The polyunsaturated fatty acids 16:2n4, 16:3n-4, 16:4n-l and 20:4n-6 also comprised a significant proportion of the total fatty acids in some strains. Sighficantiy high concentrations of the polyunsaturated fatty ed 20:5n-3 (eicosapentaenoic acid) were present in ed of the 7 Chaetocens strains and the highest level was detected in B13 (10.4%).
