摘要
综述了双壳类动物染色体核型、带型以及核 DNA含量等方面的研究成果。迄今 ,已知染色体数的双壳类动物有 2 6科的 1 57种 ( 2 N=1 4~ 48) ,其中 89种有核型报道 ;带型研究仅在美洲牡蛎、太平洋牡蛎、贻贝、缢蛏等种类中有关于 G带、C带和 Ag- NOR带的报道 ;65种双壳类动物有核 DNA含量的记载。指出有关 DNA含量与个体生长发育的关系等方面的研究工作尚需进一步开展。
Studies on karyotype, banding and nuclear DNA content of bivalve chromosome are reviewed in this paper Up to now, chromosome number of 157 bivalve species from 26 families was reported (2N= 14~48), including 89 species which had karyotype formula It was poorly documented on banding studies of bivalve chromosome G, C bandings and Ag NORs studies were reported only for a few species, e g Crassostrea virginica, C gigas, Mytilus edulis, M californiannus, M trossulus, M galloprovincialis and Sinonovacula constricta Nuclear DNA contents of 65 species were recorded A number of research works, such as the relationship between growth development of individual and DNA content remain to be further carried out
