基于AHP的企业家创新力评价模型研究——以西部资源型中小企业为例

The Evaluation Model of Entrepreneurial Creative Ability Based on AHP Method——Take the Western Small and Medium-sized Resource-based Enterprises for Example

企业家创新力是企业持续成长中的关键因素,西部资源型中小企业由于受资源有限性、技术创新能力较弱和企业实力限制等影响,企业家创新力尤为重要。以西部资源型中小企业为研究背景,研究企业家创新力评价体系,各指标的权重可以运用AHP法确定,同时采用模糊综合评价方法进行指标评价,并根据评价结果提出企业家应着重思维创新能力和创新实施能力等方面来提升自身创新力。

Entrepreneurial creative ability is the most key factors in the continuously growing enterprises. Be- cause are limited, the growth of enterprise depends largely on the entrepreneurial strategic plan about natural re- sources and the improving of the entrepreneurial creative ability. This paper is based on the resource - based enter- prises, and uses the AHP to calculate the weight of the indexes, then assesses the indexes by fuzzy synthetically e- valuation. According to the evaluation results, entrepreneur should improve their creative ability through emphasi- zing the ability of thinking creativity and creative implementation capacity.
