摘要
结合唐钢1号高炉生产实践,根据钛平衡计算获得含钛炉料护炉过程中炉缸钛沉积量,发现炉缸侧壁特征温度均值变化与炉缸钛沉积量密切相关。通过应用数理统计学方法对生产实践中炉料钛负荷、[Ti]、钛的收得率、(TiO_2)与炉缸钛沉积量的相关关系进行分析,找到影响高炉含钛炉料护炉效果的关键因素,总结出含钛炉料护炉的控制思路。
A titanium balance calculation with respect to No. 1 blast furnace operation in Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd. gives the build-up amount of titanium at furnace hearth which operates with titanium-bearing stock during production. It is found out that the variation of average characteristic temperature on side of furnace hearth is closely related to the buildup amount of titanium. By means of mathematical statistics, an analysis is made, focusing on stock titanium load, final titanium content in hot metal, titanium yield, relation between titanium content in slag and buildup amount of titanium at furnace heath, this analysis reveals the key factor that affects the effect of furnace protection by using titanium stock and from which a control strategy for such furnace protection is set up.
