正交试验优化南极磷虾壳中虾青素提取工艺研究 被引量:5

Orthogonal Array Design Tests for Optimizing Extraction of Astaxanthin from Antarctic Krill Shell

摘要 采用二氯甲烷溶剂浸提法,通过正交试验研究提取南极磷虾壳中虾青素时各参数对提取效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数是料液质量体积比为1∶5(g/mL),提取温度为30℃,提取时间为7 h,提取级数为2级,此条件下虾青素的提取量明显提高,达到为131.56μg·g-1(湿重),为有效利用南极磷虾壳中的虾青素提供了技术支持。 Dichloromethane was used for extracting nature astaxanthin form antarctic krill shell. In order to maximize the extraction of astaxanthin, orthogonal army design was employed. The influences of solid-to-liquid ratio, temperature, time, and series of extraction solvent on extracting ratios were studied, and the best exlraction parameters were obtained. The results showed that dichloromethane at 1 : 5 (g/mL) solid-to-liquid ratio, the extraction temperature was 30 ℃, the time was 7 h and the series was 2 times, the content of astaxanthin was 131.56 μg·g-1. It was a way to utilization of astaxanthin from antarctic kriU shell.
