双菌种复合发酵梗膏的开发及其在卷烟上的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 对烟草内生菌进行分离、纯化、筛选,获得一株消耗木质素和纤维素的纯系菌株和一株代谢产物香气优雅、生长迅速的纯系菌株。利用2株菌共同发酵,开发得到发酵梗膏,用GC-MS对其进行分析,结果表明经过微生物代谢后,成分中的苯消除了、胺、酚等物质转化成了酸和醇等主要香气成分物质,对比发酵前后,醇类物质峰面积从15.88%增到了38.73%,醛类物质从1.26%增到了14.09%,酸类物质从3.11%增到了7.67%。利用2株菌株发酵制备得到的发酵烟梗产品FMTQW-01,加入梗丝和薄片中均具有明显降低刺激和掩盖杂气的效果,在卷烟中具有增加烟草本香、使烟气细腻、饱满的作用。 After the separation, purification, screening of endophyte of tobacco, a pure strains that consume pure lignin and cellulose, a fast growing pure strains that consume pure lignin and cellulose and produce elegant aroma were obtained. The use of fermentation of 2 common bacteria, fermented cream stems were gained. GC-MS analysis showed that after the microbial metabolism, the composition of the benzene was removed, amines, phenols and other substances were converted into acid and alcohol and other major Hong gas composition of the material. Comparing the before and after fermentation, alcohols peak area increased from 15.88% to 38.73%, aldehydes increased from 1.26% to 14.09%, acids increased from 3.11% to 7.67%. The fermentation tobacco stem product FMTQW-01 was gotten by 2 strains fermentation. The stimulation and the effect of hybrid gas mask were reduced significantly, the incense was increased and the smoke was delicate when Stem and slice was added.
