无水乙醇提取蚕蛹油的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了无水乙醇提取蚕蛹油。通过单因素试验探讨了时间、液固比、温度三个参数对蚕蛹油得率的影响,并通过正交试验确定了蚕蛹油的较佳提取条件。结果表明,温度对蚕蛹油得率影响较大,其次是时间,液固比影响较小,蚕蛹油提取的较优条件为:温度80℃、无水乙醇与干蚕蛹液固体积质量比9∶1(mL/g)、时间1.0 h,在上述条件下蚕蛹油得率为29.40%。 The extraction of silkworm pupa oil with anhydrous ethanol was studied. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of the parameters such as temperature, ration of solid to liquid and time on the yield of silkworm pupa oil. The results showed that the extraction temperature was the most important factor that affected the effect of extraction, then the extraction time and ration of solid to liquid was the following factor. The optimal condition was as follows: extraction temperature 80 ℃, ration of solid to liquid 9 : 1 (mL/g), and extraction time 1.0 h, under this condition the yield of silkworm pupa oil was 29.40%.
