摘要
通过溶剂浸提法对香叶醇进行有效提取,硫酸钠-石油醚比色法对其含量进行测定。研究碧螺春中香叶醇的最佳提取工艺,通过单因素试验确定影响浸提碧螺春中香叶醇含量因素的子水平,采用正交试验设计,确定最佳工艺条件为:石油醚浓度80%,提取温度30℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1∶25。
By solvent extraction of geraniol, the amount ot geramol was measured by sodium sutIate-snerwooa oil colorimetric method. The best extracting technology of geranio[ from bilouchun was studied. The factors and levels impacting the extracting of geraniol were determined by using the single factor experiments. And the best extracting technology of geraniol was obtained by using the orthogonal test as follows: concentration controlled at 80%, temperature at 30 ~C, time controlled at 2 h and solid-to-liquid ratio at 1 : 25.
